Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Internship & Training Fees

• Internship payments are non-refundable after enrollment.
• If a cancellation request is made within 48 hours of payment, a partial refund may be processed after deducting administrative charges.

2. Freelance & Software Development Payments

• Once project work has commenced, no refunds will be issued.
• Clients may request a refund before work starts, subject to processing fees.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within **7 business days** via the original payment method.
